The March Norway Trackers meeting was held on the 2nd at the Town Hall with 13 people
attending. What a disappointing year for snowmobiling, and the trails at this point are basically
unrideable. We've had to cancel our scheduled group ride in March, and we were not able to
hold any of the usual fun activities such as the sliding party. We are very fortunate, however,
that we were able to hold the Snow Fest in January. It turned out to be just as successful for
the club as in previous years. So let's hope for better luck next year. Because snowmobiling is
over for the season, we decided that the March monthly meeting would be our last. We will
start up again in September, at which time officers for the 2010/2011 season will be elected.
PLEASE NOTE: One last activity for the group, an end-of-season party that Ken and Diane
Gammon have graciously offered to host. Please join us on Saturday, March 27th at Ken and
Diane's house beginning at 5:00 p.m. with pot luck. RSVP to 743-8256. Have a great summer,
and we hope to see you again in the fall when we start back up.
With this heat wave it's difficult to think about snow and snowmobiling, but winter begins
less than 16 weeks from now and first snow could be as little as 8 weeks away!
Please don't forget out first monthly meeting next week, scheduled for Tuesday, September
7th at the Norway Town Hall, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with pot luck supper followed at 7:00
p.m. by the business meeting.
Memberships are due at $25.00 per household. You may pay dues online or by mail. Stay
tuned for more details!

Happy Labor Day!
