Admission for spectators is always free. During the day Saturday and Sunday, we will have a variety of snacks and beverages on the ice
to keep festival-goers warm, including coffee, hot chocolate, burgers, hot dogs, chowder and chilli. All timing on the ice track is done
with our Porta-Tree timing system. On the snow track on Sunday we use a radar gun. First place trophies, from Lake Region Trophy, in
Norway, are given in all categories in the drag and radar races, as well as for the fastest sled overall. Your sled does not need to be
registered to run at our event, however if you leave the immediate area, it does.

Drag Racing 1/28/2012 - All racing is single elimination. Track length is 660 feet. You must be 18 to race. Minimum of two

carbide studs or no studs, you need to run on the snow track. To run on the ice track you need to have ice picks, and please tape the
handles on your skis to allow the staging sensors to "see" your sled better.

ice track.

New this year are classes for vintage sleds. Vintage classes are stock and mod. Stock sleds will run on the snow track only
